You will be working one-on-one with a lawyer in managing a full caseload of personal injury files. Duties will include drafting correspondence and court documents (pleadings, affidavits, motion records, briefs) and interacting with clients and third parties.
- Law Clerk Diploma;
- 3+ years in personal injury law;
- knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and SABS;
- skilled in Microsoft Office and PC Law;
